Yesterday I presented my DH's physcian with the quilt I made her in appreciation of her compassionate care. She is a member of the Transplant Team - DH had a transplant in 1999, and we feel she has gone above and beyond in her care for him and our family.

Interestingly, her first reaction was "My favorite colors!" Now I have never been to her home, but when I saw that line of fabric, it just made me think of her so I made the quilt HOPING she would like it.

I named the quilt "Ana Square" - Ana is her first name. It was quilted by Charismah.

Oh what a wonderful story and quilt. I am sure she really appreciated it. I used to work with Dr.s and because we were in a small town- We used to get goodies all the time. It was great and the dr's really appreciated it.
