    Not too difficult, you just have to have enough space to lay it out and to work on it. Just pencil in the vines and then iron them down.

    Thanks. I haven't done much applique either. This is really the first big project with appliques I have done. I would advise putting some kind of stabilizer on the back to keep the design from pulling up so much. Good idea to do some practicing since you have a little more time than I did. I also had to expand the design since the pattern is for a queen and I was doing a king. I would be glad to help if I can so just send me a message if you need help. Make sure to have a large place cleared out to lay out the material when you are marking out the vines. Once the vines are on, the rest is a piece of cake. Oh, make sure and get the squares on so that they go from pattern to plain. I didn't check and in the top section, I have three patterns together on one of the sides. No one else will notice, but I know it's not quite right.

    Beautiful! I saw that in the magazine and admired it. Yours is every bit as lovely. And that is a pattern that just came out recently - you are speedy!
