Default Kingsize Bargello is DONE!!! Happy Dance

Well, the top is done, still need to get backing and quilt it. It is 113" wide and 96" long. Should I stay with the batiks and use batik for the backing? Or use something else? Here it is on my design wall. And here it is on my bed.

it would be easier to quilt I think if you did not use batik on the back

wow! That looks great! I think the backing is personal preference, but there are some great batik backings out there.

It will be easier to quilt if you use something other than batik for the back. The quilt top is exquisite. froggyintexas

Great job! Beautiful colors. I'd go with Batiks.

You have so many gorgeous colors in the bargello, You could you any solids that may be easier to work with and may just use your lightest, then medium then darkest in cottons. It is gorgeous!!!

This turned out beautiful!!! You have to be sooooo proud!! I love your colors, you selected very well!!! I have no advice about the back. Just go with what feels good to you.

What an awesome quilt! I love your colors! I recently used a Batik backing on a quilt that I FMQ on my DSM. I didn't notice it being any more difficult than other backings I have used.
