Thanks, I do enjoy applique and did consider using that technique but time is of the essence so searched ebay for kitty fabrics and tah dah there you have it!

Absolutely love your cat quilt...you're so talented! Did you just use 2 1/2" strips for all your strips? I have lots of pillow panels that I decided not to make into pillows, & some panels...good way to use for quilts. I really need to know what size strips to use like you did. Beautiful work & can't wait to see your finished product. She's going to love it!
