    Default Korina quilt

Korina was the flower girl in my wedding, 34 yrs ago, and I found out from her mom, my husband's aunt, that she has bone cancer.
I haven't seen her in such a long time, but I felt that she could use a quilt.
To be honest, I don't know what I was thinking when I arranged this, and I put a fmq leaf on each of the larger squares.
I don't even know her last name, and she lives about an hour away, so I sent it up to her mom because I know she sees her often now.

So sorry to hear about her cancer. I am sure that this quilt will give her the comfort to beat the cancer. So nice of you to care.

Very nice of you to think of your Flower Girl and especially her mother as they battle through that dreadful disease Both quilts are lovely and bound to bring some comfort to them both; pity there isn't a cure wrapped up inside them.

What a blessing you are! I'm sure the quilt will soften a very hard time.
