Default La Passacaglia is growing! #3

Hope I'm not boring anyone with this, but here's another update:

I guess at some point soon I'll have to work out how I want to do the edge. Appliqué the rosettes onto a border? "Cut" them off with a small border to frame them? Or...???

You have the patience of Job. Is there a pattern for this?

The pattern comes from a book from Willyne Hammerstein called "Millefiori Quilts". However, the book is a bit pricy and I didn't buy it but am working after pictures I found online.

Thank you. I will try and find the pattern without the book. Both of her books are currently unavailable at Amazon. Maybe I will just have to work on a OBW.

Each time you add on, it's more gorgeous! I'm not sure how I'd finish it off. I guess I'd be tempted to just stitch it down to a background piece. I personally don't think you should cut off the points on the edges.
