    Helen6869, this is really pretty simple to put together once you get started. Just cut all your pieces, make and square your hst's, stack like pieces together, then follow the diagram. Mine went together in just a few hours. I made the lap quilt size first (used civil war prints in green, brown, and black . . . Gorgeous) and that helped me get the idea with not so much volume. So much fun!
