Just adding my opinion of what a wonderful person you are to have helped out. It turned out so lovely plus it reinforced the rule of doing accurate cutting and seams. Great job and thanks for the update.

I'm in the middle of this quilt right now. It's not only the cutting, but the HST's (there are many) have to be exactly the right size. I made mine slightly larger and have been trimming them as I go. You make it by rows and there are 20 rows in the queen size. I made a copy of the pattern and highlighted each row as I put them together, because it is easy to get mixed up. I have the first half of the middle done and all the rows completed for the second half. If my seams don't match perfectly, I measure the blocks and check my seams. It's not a real difficult quilt if you are very careful and take your time. The one I'm making has a white-on-white background with varying shades of blue for the labyrinth pieces. I think it will turn out pretty. I'm making it for a friend who is giving it to her sister as a wedding gift!
I think the quilt you finished for barbewest is so beautiful! It has such a soft look to it. Great of you to lend a helping hand!
