    Default Labyrinth Variation--Design details

I posted this variation of the Labyrinth pattern on couple days ago and several people asked for design details. I scanned in a graph of how I composed the pattern. The dashed lines represent blocks that disappear as the quilt comes together. It is made up mostly of large 1/2 square triangles (finished 4" squares). I pieced it together into three rows and then sewed then together for the central design (80"X80"). Borders may be added to achieve a larger quilt as desired. I used two red fabrics and 5 different grays & blacks. I hope you find the chart helpful. I'd love to see pictures if anyone makes this design or other variations on the labyrinth design. Quilting is such a great creative outlet and it's fun to see what different people do with the same design or design elements.

Your quilt is sew beautiful! I'm thinking of doing it in black/grey/purple. Thanks for sharing the pattern!
