    The fabrics we chose were mottled cotton fabrics in varying shades from dark charcoal to very light gray. My DH who is color blind chose the colors. I've discovered he has a real talent for blending shades. Guess that comes from him being color blind.

    I've seen a few of these quilts, but never one where it popped so 3-dimension-ally. Great choice of colors.
