    Ahhh The Quad Cities ... That is where I first began to learn to quilt right. (before then it was very simple stuff!) I checked out a vcr tape from the davenport library, took notes and went from there.

    I love your new lamp shade by the way. Sorry, I just had to tell you I lived there at one time.

    Love your new victory lamp shade! I make my own lamps (mason jars filled with buttons) and love covered lamp shades! The home decor is what I like most about JoAnn's! Need to cover the one in the kitchen (it's black wrought iron like yours). Thanks for posting - now I'll get with it and do something neat for that lamp! :D :D
