Lap quilt for a retired rodeo cowboy...
#1
A friend of my sister is very good to her in little ways and I thought it would be a neat thing to make him a little reward from her family.
With him in mind, I bought the embroidered plain blocks from a gal at ebay and the touile from a board member. I thought it would be perfect since he is a retired rodeo rider, logger and lives in the small community in upper california (yuba city).
A fairly simple one but nice I think. Now to iron the backing, layer it and quilt! It is 48 by 54.
