Default Lap Quilt and Table Runner

Yesterday I went to the sewing room to make myself a St. Pat's Day table runner. I happened to notice some camping themed fabric.

I got sidetracked making a lap quilt for our friends who have gifted us with Las Vegas NASCAR tickets this year!

The camping fabric is a panel from Beverly's and the animal/bird fabrics are from Walmart. The black and 'tree' is scrap fabric.

The table runner is made using a pattern from Shelley's Quilt Treasures in Kelseyville, CA. Not the greatest instructions, but the result is nice. This is another scrap project - the only new fabric is the light green and that was from Walmart.

I'm trying to decrease the scrap boxes!

Those are both great! Your friends will love the quilt and your table runner is very pretty, too! Great job!
