    Thank you! I usually make them 40x45
    Just enough so you don't have to piece a backing.

    What size blocks did you make for the plain and what size sq did you make for the 4-block ones. I am going to make my grandson a baseball quilt and I like that pattern.

    blocks are 6 1/2"
    4-patch are 3 1/2" strips
    1st border is 1 1/2"
    2nd border is 3 1/2"
    Make it as many blocks to get the size you want.
    For gifts I make them bigger.
    For donation it fits the width of fabric....
