Default Late Post of Christmas Quilt

I made this for a dear friend as a Christmas gift. She uses a blanket all the time when relaxing on the couch and the previous quilt that her mother made was in pretty rough shape. I thought it would be nice to make her a new one so that she could keep the other for display or put it away until it was repaired. I used all Christmas fabrics to make the River Log Cabin quilt from Missouri Star Quilt Company. I thought it looked like strings of ornaments when it was done. I used flannel on the back and it is a very cuddly quilt. My friend keeps it on her couch all the time now.

Lovely quilt - I'm sure your friend will enjoy it and think of you (which I guess is what all of us want--to be remembered and thought of fondly).

It turned out great. Now you need to make her one for each season. LOL
