    Default latest charity quilt top

Our guild had brown bags full of fabrics for charity quilts for members to select blindly. This is always fun to do. I didn't really like the fabric that came with the focus fabric in the bag I got, so I selected from my stash instead. (The bag had one yard of the focus and then 2 yards of bright yellow and one of bright purple...) I will make another charity quilt from the fabric I rejected for this one.

I am pleased with the results. The pattern is Warm Wishes.

I will be sandwiching and quilting it next, but couldn't wait to show it off.

    Thanks for looking.

    Dina

Great job! I really like the focus fabric and I am sure someone will enjoy this quilt.

That has a real "pop?" effect. Really nice!

Nice work on the top. I really don't enjoy making tops with other peoples idea of what should go to charity. They sometimes get too dang loud and not nice. But, you did great with it!

I bought a new pattern this week to make a wall hanging for the local SPCA shelter. I am hoping they have an auction to sell it for proceeds. I usually only make little things for the cages.

Very pretty. Glad you went with your tastes. The other option sounds really loud.
