I know you weren't asking me, but I was admiring your beautiful work and applaud you for taking on so many pinwheeles. I don't do pinwheeles because I obsess about points. But yours are just georgous and I really admire anyone who takes the time to make such skillful works.

Codelia.......thanks for you opinion on the purple block. I hung the quilt up on the wall again to look at it, and the purple doesn't pop out like it does in the picture, so I guess I will leave it in. I like purple too ! Just don't want something in this quilt that sticks out like a sore thumb. :hunf:
