This has been a WIP for a while. I brought the fabric for it in 2006... Now that I have over come my fear of FM I have been working on it. This quilt is for my Mom. Who has been patiently waiting. Mom did the cross stitch. The FM isn't going to show in the top to well but will be a pretty suprise on the underside. :-) I'm FM Irises because Mom loves them. I will be delivery this quilt in April.

Beautiful quilt. Her cross stitch is beautiful and you did a fantastic job with the quilting. I love your Iris's!!!

What a true labor of love. So much time went into creating your quilt. The flower quilting in the boarder is very unique. thanks for sharing.

PRetty quilt! Your iris quilting is fantastic! I think I remember that you took a free motion quiting class not too long ago, have you practiced a lot, or just natural talent?? :)
