    Default Lava Lanes

This was a quilt for my grandson Theodin (Theo). The picture of the couple is one I Photoshopped of my son David and his wife Serina at a bowling alley in Medford Oregon called Lava Lanes. The carpets and walls there were wild. I wanted to go ahead and immortalize the garish quality of the bowling alley where Theo's parents courted!

I really LOVE the quilt. Paper pieced, right? Not something I've had success with nor do I enjoy doing it but I like seeing the end product of people that can do it. I'm not sure I understand the picture but I like it anyway.

Yes paper pieced. If you had visited this wildly colored bowling ally, you would understand

Love your quilt! Bet it was fun making that one... I really like to PP, too. And the photoshopped picture is adorable... You are a perfect grandma..
