    I love your bow tie and the red border How would a narrow border look in a color?, before the red border?

    Thanks for all the nice comments.

    Emmy -- I had thought about doing a solid red border instead of the pattern but my red fabric just looked to Christmas. I'm going to end it with a scrappy border from the charm squares .
