    Default Leaf Quilt

    This is based on Missouri Star's "Finish Line" pattern and I made it as a commission for a lady who is going to use it to cover her baby grand piano. It's my first real commission quilt and I learned a few things, that's for sure.
    One is that it's more difficult to work with colours that you don't really care for.

    You did beautiful work on that quilt even I you didn't care for the colors. She'll love it.

    I would say the quilt is beautiful even if it wasn't my favorite colors. I'm going to assume each leaf is appliqued and that just puts that quilt in a higher level of beautiful.

    It is a beautiful quilt and made even more beautiful because you were working in a color palate that you do not care for. You did a good job on this first commissioned quilt.

    It is a lovely quilt. I can appreciate the color issue. I finished one for a friend that was started by her mother, the colors were not pleasant to the eyes at all. The things we do
