    Nakotha, I know what you mean about going down memory lane when making scrap quilts. When I made my first string quilt, it was" O I made a quilt for Julian with this" or " this was my daughter's dress when she was 5" etc. it was humbling and fun.

    You know, that narrow sashing is really neat. I would never of thought that narrow would look so good. I will have to try that. I too, need to down size my scraps.
