    Default Leftovers

I went to a class many years ago where the teacher wanted us to bring pieced tops to discuss how they should be quilted. I didn't have one so I threw a bunch of leftover pieces of fabric together at the last minute just so I could have something to share with the rest of the class.

This is how UFOs are made. It has been sitting on a shelf ever since then. I finally got around to quilting it. This is the first time that I have done an edge to edge design... a Baptist fan. I think the border design is kinda cool, and the backing fabric is delicious.

Can't believe you "just threw" this together. It is very pretty.

Everything about this is gorgeous! And the quilting is a compliment to the quilt.

Your Baptist fan is a great addition to the top you made. You have a very effective whole. I really like your borders as well.

Never would have suspected that this is "leftovers"! Great quilt, and I love the baptist fans and your border!
