I want to play too! Earlier this week I posted pics of a cat quilt that I had decided was too juvenile for an adult. Most of you agreed with me. I ordered some fabrics for the Laurel Burch line, and they got here today--WAY fast! I usually use fairly muted colors, so this is going to be FUN!!!

Kind of like the grass-is-greener thing, huh? Everyone else's fabrics always look so great! I can't really say I've never seen a fabric I didn't like, but I'll bet I've never seen a fabric that NOBODY liked! There seems to be something for everyone, and even the ugliest fabrics can fit in somewhere!

Harmony, maybe we should start an ugly fabric thread? Pick out your ugliest fabric and shoot a picture. We could all vote too! I'd be happy to supply the "winner" with a yard of something! Do you think anyone would participate?

I am jealous but going to a bargain day Mon in Lansing.
Quilters have been turning in there stash that they don't want, like and etc for credit and we get to buy it for 2.50 a pound for cotton and 1.5 pound for blends.
Can't wait. I don't have much of a stash as I am new and love bargains.
