    I like #3 because it pops. But I agree on the gecko. I'd have to add a couple to the trees. Beautiful quilt.

    #1 is my first choice, #3 is my second choice and I love the idea of putting a gecko in the tree. I just think the gecko fabric is too bright for the border.

    Seems to be a toss up between #1 and #3 with several nods to at least letting one gecko play in my tree.

    BTW - the "bark" isn't as dark as it looks. I really should take a photo of it in better light.

    I'd go for #3, but I have to say that it totally depends on what "feel" you want for the finished quilt. I might also consider using a little flange of the #3 fabric and go with #1. The gecko in the tree is a no-brainer...too cute NOT to do it! LOL!
