This is one I made a few years ago .... reversible so I could use it longer.

I can take a picture with my smarter than I am phone. Then I email that picture to myself at an email address that shows up on my inbox on my desktop. I have to resize it to 10% before I send it. Then I save it to the hard drive by clicking save-as and attachments. It just gives me a 6 digit number which I can't remember so I write it down. Then you can get on QB and find the icon that is a picture of a tree in a frame. Click on that and it will give you some prompts. I have to type in 2017 and the list of pictures that I have saved comes up. I have to find the right one then click open and up load. Wait 10 seconds and I've got it. It took a lot of experimenting to figure that out.
