    I finally finished the top, except for the connector between the head and the box of the "Jack-in-the-box", and the picture frame for the top shelf. Now all I have to do is quilt it and bind it before Thursday!

    Looks great!!!
    If that book case was in my house it would have a double row of books as well as books stacked on top of the shelved books and many more on top of the whole unit.

    I know what you are saying and at my house the shelves would be slightly bowed under all the weight :lol:
