    This was a fun quilt to make, and I was able to use up a lot of my batik scraps. And of course, I requested my longarm quilter to use a puzzle piece pattern for the quilting.

    I named it: "Life. Always A Few Missing Pieces"

    It is really quite simple...each block has one small square of the fabric from the block to the side of it and the block below it. So although the actual block construction is very easy, it's the PLANNING that is crucial to the make the pattern work. I used graph paper and colored pencils.
