    I finished another quilt for Christmas last night. This one is titled "Baywatch" and is for a granddaughter and her husband. They lived in the Northeast while she was doing her residency and would go boating often. So, I wanted something with a nautical look. Hubby insisted there had to be a submarine in the water since he is a retired submariner.

    Awesome job! Yup, gotta have a sub in there!!
    I asked hubby one day that when he's out to sea, can he see the subs "swimming" under him. lol He's on a Sub Tender now and is off subs. I'm sure you've seen the picture of the surface ship and the subs under it.

    Thank you Terri. Does the Navy still offer dependents cruises? I was able to go on the USS Nebraska in 1999 and had a blast. That's one of the nuclear subs. We went out in the Atlantic and down some 700 feet whatever the subs number is.
