    Default Lil Monkey baby quilt

Wanted to make a quilt for a friend that was having a new granddaughter. Went into my stash and found this monkey flannel that I paired with white. Did a simple square and decided it needed something. Then I saw the piece of fleece with the monkeys on it, so decided to use that for the back and cut out some to aplique on the front for that little something it seemed to need. Went to WalMart thinking a big ricrac would be a nice finish. They had 2 colors. White and Green. That green was the exact color, so it must have been meant to be. This quilt just seemed to fall together and is one of my favs that I have made! Was a big hit at the shower, too. Just wanted to share. Thanks for looking.
