Trying to decide how to quilt also. I was thinking of stitch in the ditch and some 1/4 inch from edges quilting. Thinking about stipling in the black areas (with black thread) but haven't made up my mind yet. Any suggestions?

I think it is absolutely beautiful. I agree on the binding and if you do a tight stipple in the black area with black thread it will make the pinwheel POP out. I can't wait to see the finished product.
