Love the Linus project quilt! I've made a few before, using blocks that I had left over from other projects or won in block drawings from a guild. I just put them together, added sashing and borders to draw the blocks together, added batting, backing and quilted. I was able to clear out a quite a few blocks that I didn't have enough of the fabrics to turn into twin quilts, used some of my stash, and as a bonus, was able to turn in, if I remember right, 7 Project Linus quilts at one of our local quilt stores. How about a challenge to everyone else out there to look through what you have and complete at least one charity quilt? You'll feel great and the child or impaired adult who receives it will love it!

Both pretty. Love the Linus quilt, so colorful and the tweety bird print is darling.
