Little Ballerina Quilt
#1
As you may recall my lovely Granddaughter, Mia (almost 6 yrs old), was here visiting for 10 days with her Mom.
One trip we made with her was to Fabric Depot -- found out she likes the same material I do! And she chose a ballerina panel to put on her new twin bed. She picked out the backing material from my stash and she helped me echo quilt it (by pushing the backwards lever and the cut threads button). I finally got the binding done tonight (they are home now).
So 1st item for the box to be mailed is done. Need to do some dresses and PJs this week and then it will be off to the Post Office!
I enjoy sewing for her, as it makes the pain of her leaving easier to bear.
Thanks for looking!
