I'm in. I will be watching bit by bit (a horse term!) and am looking forward to the final straw! (Wonder if I can fit anymore horse terms in. Ha.) That kind of "tile" work is tedious. I am working on a sea turtle pattern by Cheryl Lynch with quarter inch pieces of fabric. I have to walk away from it .... often just to keep my sanity. But it appears that you are doing your own design and that is fabulous! Cannot wait to see it at the finish line.

Here's something a little more exciting...colour! I was going to wait until the end, but decided to work from the centre out, so here's a peek at the bridle.

I've done most of the detail, so now it's just the big, open spaces, except for the ears.

PS...Hey! I missed a spot with the black outlining....and the black noseband in the post above got changed to blue with grey.

Here's something identifiable...I hope.

I've got a few more things to do and then the background and I'll be able to put all the parts together.
So, for anyone still with me....there really is an end in sight.
After that, I'll cover it with tulle and quilt it.
