    Love the wall hanging. Would you share the name of the pattern?

    As to sewing through the fusible...I am guessing you might have used Steam-A-Seam or it's equivalent. It is only a fusible and it says on the package, something to this effect...Not recommended for sewing. There's a Steam-A-Seam Lite that you can sew. Of course, my friend used what was supposed to be a sew friendly fusible with a batik and couldn't sew it. The combination of batik and sew-friendly fusible just didn't work. She finally just gave up after trying every different needle and thread combination she could come up with. That's one quilt that won't ever get washed.
