    Even if there weren't a personal connection to this quilt, your granddaughter would love it. I do. So sad for her to lose her friend. This will bring wonderful memories to her.

    I love this quilt! Can you share where you found the pattern?

    I held my sister's dog while they put him down three weeks ago. She couldn't stay in with him and I gathered all my courage and volunteered. It was very hard to do, but, I am glad I did. I loved that dog.

    Ok! Now I feel bad. I commented on Peanut in the photo of Peanut. Did not see this quilt which is adorable and didn't realize Peanut had to be put down. It's bad enough when an adult goes through this awful ordeal but horrible for a child. My sympathies!
