How beautiful all your quilts are--and all so different in design. Did you purposely choose a blue theme for this show, or is it your favorite color? Just curious how you narrowed your choices down to those 4. I'm sure you brought sparks of happiness into that place with your display.

This is great! People of that generation know and appreciate handmade quilts. My dad used to tell me his memories of playing under the quilt frame while his mother had all her quilter friends over to help get a quilt quilted. Whenever I set up at a craft show, it was always the older men who stopped and told me their memories of the hand made quilts they knew, made by family members.

I see you got some 'takers' for those white gloves!

Thanks to all for your kind words! The display is up through December, and they want me to give a talk on the 6th. Will bring my first quilt (made 46 years ago!) and some works in progress.
