    Thanks for sharing your "in progress" works. We can really see and appreciate the detail which can be lost when viewing the finished work. I have 3 sewing machines and none has the stitch you are using to secure your appliques. Mine have either 2 or 3 forward stitches to every sideways stitch. Can you tell us more about yours?
