    Never thought of using those two colors together. It will be a very pretty quilt when you finish.

    I agree with everyone. Never would have thought of red and brown but the combination is so striking. Be sure to post the completed quilt.

    I for one LOVE it. The fussy cut corner blocks really make it pop.

    It is going to be beautiful.

    Sew faster so we can see it all done! :mrgreen:

    just keep playing around with the colors and arrangements. you may find that you do like things and you focus has changed. I always used to say i hated pink but have always loved bright colors - I just love Fuscia! We create because we need to expand our horizons.

    i just saw the lst design in an old 1948 movie, when i was surfing one nite. watched the movie because of the quilt!!! it was quite stunning. almost like rows of pine cones on the bed. it was beautiful. told myself, i was going to make one like that.
