    I did not realize that was made from a log cabin type of construction until you pointed it out.

    Your quilt is gorgeous. I have done one in a similar pattern and am planning on another this fall. Seeing yours in purple has convinced me that is the color to use. Thanks for posting!

    I love it. Currently doing 5 patriotic lap quilts with a large patriotic log cabin cross (28 x 40) in the middle. Quilt of Valor. I have made many of these. Yours is very pretty.
