I finally tried a log cabin (quarter log cabin) and I am just amazed at how nicely yours came out...so excellent sewing. I still have trouble with the 1/4 in seam and it sure is unforgiving in a log cabin design. Great job! so lovely.

Would you mind me asking how big this is and how wide is the strips? I am going to make one for my aunt and uncle for Christmas. I wasn't sure what a small one would look like.
