    Default Log Cabin

My mom is visiting right now and she admired the quilt I made for my husband. So, I made the top on National Sew a Jelly Roll Day. I quilted and bound it this weekend. I used the Kona Cotton Aurora palette jelly roll and flannel on the back. The pattern is the Jordan Fabrics log cabin. Thanks for looking!

I love those colors together. That may be my new favorite combo for purple! I also like purple and lime green together. Good job!!

I have used that patter too. Nice quick quilt. Next time I may split the jelly roll strips and make the logs more narrow. Oh goodness, now I am splitting logs! Tee-Hee-Hee, Better than splitting hairs. I would never split a hare.

I don’t think I’ve ever seen a log cabin made with solids. Your quilt is fantastic - so pretty!
