He is a minimalist when it comes to decorating, Jan! He would probably not let me put up drapes!

Yes, it is great that he is so tolerant of our using his place. He is a police officer, and works the mid-watch, which is 4 pm to 2 am, 4 days a week. We have been there sometimes, and never seen him, as we come in when he is at work and leave in the morning before he gets up.
