    So glad you decided to make it. Although Susan's patterns look difficult, they really aren't (except maybe the armadillo). She has perfected the machine applique technique so that anyone can do it. Your longhorn turned out terrific. Now go try the horned toads. Those are such fun.

    It is a Susan Cranshaw pattern. I believe you can look for her on line and buy it. I got mine at Houston Quilt Show.

    I made that longhorn, too! And I took longer than two years to start it because it looked too hard. But it wasn't. I still haven't bought the fabric to make the background yet. And my husband told me my longhorn colors are all wrong.

    Love your picture here, just my style. I love farm animals of any kind. I just think I am going to keep on looking for fabrics that might just work for me to try this quilt picture. You did an excellent job. Keep making more, I will be here looking to view them.
