Are Goodwill gets about 2.00 to 3.00 dollars a yard for fabric. Sometimes you find something.

Ninnie, your Goodwill store may be like ours. They get fabric in, but the sorters are quilters so it never makes it upstairs!
That sounds like mine!!LOL The person who runs it quilts, so everyone goes straight to her before they put it out.

Every one of those fabrics are beautiful, does look like log cabin colors! Never find even one nice piece let alone that many. Even the farm auctions have very little in the way of decent material.....lots of old polyesters.

Great Job! I go to Goodwill Stores everywhere I visit. I've found some darling things and great bargains. Thing to remember is, NEED. Do you need this or do you need the money? I am to the place that I need the money because I still have a stash of beautiful stuff. Now I look for sheets for backing. There are several nice ones I've found and perfect for backing. One was never used, still in Manf wrap. Keep on looking and thinking....but if you ever get overwhelmed with your stash, just bag a few and share!!! hint hint lol

Wow! I am very happy for you. I have never found 1 pc. of fabric at the Goodwill Stores here. The workers must snatch them up. Enjoy your fabulous find! Thank You for sharing.
