Curiously, I went to see about your new treasure....on line/video....it sure does look super. I have a BL that I am really unhappy with and so tempted to throw it out the basement window some days.....this machine is very tempting....will have to really try it......

Pfaff makes great machines. Get that other machine out and sell it on Craigslist, someone will buy it and you will get it out of the house !

Congratulations. I have several pfaff machines as well. love them. I think what enjoy most is if and when i personally have a problem i can call and the store where i shop is always helpful they stand behind their products. Believe me i have given them several challenges i have the performance, the 18,8 quilter and the passport plus one of their sergers.
There have been days when Murphys law is on my shoulder all day long.
And J&H have been there to fix me up and get me back on track.

I love my Pfaffs. I have the Creative Sensation which is my go-to machine for sewing and embroidery. When it is busy doing embroidery I have my my 2027 to sew on. I just recently bought the Passport to keep in my 5th wheel cause my husband does a lot of fishing while we are camping, and I get to do a lot of sewing. The Passport is an awesome machine for traveling because it is so light and compact and it still has the feature that I absolutely love, IDT. IDT is the built in walking foot on the Pfaff. It is awesome! Then I have my Pfaff Coverlock 4872 for the times
that I need a serger. Pfaff is the only machine for me! I think you made an excellent choice.
