    hey......don't make fun of that second fabric!!! that was a great year for spanish wine! and k3n, weren't you born at the tail end of those years?

    IS there a good year for Spanish wine? Bleuch! Only drink French myself, or Italian if it's Barolo! :shock:

    But thanks for giving me a few years - actually I was born slap bang in the middle of the 60s - June 65! :-D

    Wow I think a dress in that second piece would be a real.. conversation piece! whacked up however it could maybe make an interesting stack and whack square if you offset it with a solid color accent.. the price was probably stiff back then for the pink fab. Luxury items. Sort of like fabric today.. I think everyone is thinking once, twice and maybe even three times before we just splurge on some.

    Great find....it would be lovely to see what you do with this fabric. Ah...at least something of beauty was created in '63 (the year I was born!).

    that GROOVY fabric is back in style now! :lol: I would incorporate the price tgs in the quilt some how. Maybe scan the tags onto fabric :? I think the little girl fabric is darling!!!!!!!!!!
