Default look what I found!!!! pt 2

In my other thread, I posted a picture of the house I found the two quilts in. Went in there today and found another quilt (pic coming after its washed) that was hand sewn and looks to be in good condition. And then I found this....

It's set in a rotted table. But it sure is beautiful and kinda poignant as I just bought a pfaff qe 4.2.

What a lovely find! She will clean up beautifully. The vintage Pfaff lovers on the board are going to be drooling. Do you have the missing parts?

I have no idea what's missing and haven't checked through the drawers of the sewing table yet.

I hope you can find the missing parts. I have a Pfaff 130 and it is a workhorse! I've replaced the motor, the foot control and the feed dogs and she still sews like a dream. AND that quilt is beautiful. Shame on whoever left those quilts behind but lucky you. What next are you going to find? Can't wait for part 3!

The quilt is a real find. I like the color - Bonnie Hunter uses it in a scrappy. The quilter was very ingenious to add the strips to the blocks that were too small rather than scrap them. We can learn from our forebearers. Hand quilting is an amazing art to me.
