Went to a local quilt show this last weekend. Found some great bargains - take a look. I haven't figured out how much yardage all together but I did get one 7 1/2 yard piece and one 4 yard piece.
The $3 piles have some good yardage in them. I have always wanted to make a plaid quilt. Also got 2 piles of 12 1/2" floral squares. Great Stuff!

That's amazing! I've never found anything like that at the quilt shows I've attended (small or big).

    You got some great bargains!

My friend and I went to one where the guild members putting on the show had a couple of big boxes full of all shapes and sizes of fabric scraps. We got to fill a gallon size ziploc bag as full as we could get it for $2. Then they had other bags with various fabric remnants for 25 and 50 cents. I got one with several really nice pieces of velvet, some larger than FQ size for 50 cents!
