    It's pillow ticking...almost identical to what I used to make leaders for my last longarm machine.

    I have not made an ironing board cover and desperately need to... can some kind person tell me what I should use for the pad?

    Very nice, I believe that this fabric was used for bed pillows, similar to the common blue & white ticking.
